Everything you need to know about shopping, your orders, and reading your comics.
Use the store's main page to browse available comics. You can filter by series, format (digital or print), and price. Click any cover to see the full details, including a description and available formats.
From any title page, choose the format you'd like (digital download or physical copy) and click Add to Basket. You can continue shopping and check out whenever you're ready.
Your basket is saved to your browser, so you won't lose it if you close the tab before checking out.
Prices are shown in the currency set by the store. Your bank or payment provider may apply a conversion fee if your account uses a different currency.
All card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never store your card details — they go straight to Stripe's PCI-compliant systems.
After a successful payment you'll receive an order confirmation email. If it doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder.
Every digital purchase is added to your Digital Library instantly. Sign in, click your account name, and choose Digital Library to see all your titles.
Click any title to open it in the comic reader. The reader runs in your browser — no app to install. It works on desktop, tablet, and mobile.
Your position is saved automatically. When you return to a comic, you'll pick up where you left off.
You need a free account to access your Digital Library. If you checked out as a guest, create an account with the same email address you used at checkout to claim your purchases.
Your digital purchases are permanent — they'll be in your library as long as your account is active.
Delivery times depend on the type of order:
If a tracking number is available it will appear in your My Orders page once your order has been dispatched. Sign in and click your account name to access My Orders.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your basket.
If you have a mix of digital and print items in your basket, only the print items incur a shipping charge.
If you have a promo code, enter it in your Basket before proceeding to checkout. The saving is calculated and shown immediately so you can see your new total before you pay. Each code can only be used within its stated expiry date and usage limit.
Krakathoom occasionally runs platform-wide sales. When one is active, the discount is applied to your basket automatically — no code needed. A labelled line in your basket (for example, "10% off digital titles") shows exactly what you're saving and which formats it applies to.
Some creators offer an automatic percentage off everything in their store. If one is active, the saving appears in your basket the moment you add eligible items — again, no code is required.
Multiple discounts may apply at once. Each saving is shown as a separate line in your basket so you can see exactly what's been taken off.
A bundle is a set of two or more titles sold together at a combined discount price — cheaper than buying each title individually. Bundles are created by the store creator and may contain digital editions, print-on-demand copies, or creator stock copies.
Add a bundle to your basket the same way as any other item. All included titles are covered by a single price. After checkout:
In your My Orders history, bundle purchases are shown grouped under the bundle name. Each included title is listed beneath it so you can see exactly what you received.
If a promo code or sitewide promotion is also active, it may apply on top of the bundle price — check your basket total before completing checkout.
If your physical copy arrives damaged or significantly different from what was described, contact us within 14 days of receiving it and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Because digital comics are accessible immediately after purchase, we are generally unable to offer refunds once access has been granted. If you believe a purchase was made in error or by an unauthorised person, please contact us as soon as possible.

Your Krakathoom account works at every creator storefront and the full catalogue — the same email address and password signs you in wherever you are. You do not need a separate account for each creator's site.
Each creator's website is its own independent site, so your browser needs you to sign in once per site. After that, ticking Remember me keeps you signed in for 24 hours on that site.
Every order you place — whether on a creator's own site or the main catalogue — is stored on your single account and accessible from any Krakathoom storefront. You can view your full order history by signing in and clicking My Orders in your account menu.
If you shop at multiple creator stores, orders from each appear together in one list. Creators can only see orders placed through their own store.
Purchases made anywhere — whether on a creator's own site or the main catalogue — appear in the same Digital Library. Access it via Digital Library in the account menu on any storefront.
Use the Sign in button in the top navigation. One account, same email and password, works everywhere on the Krakathoom platform.
On the sign-in screen, click Forgot password? and we'll send a reset link to your email address.
Sign in and go to Account Settings (via your account menu in the navigation bar) to update your name, email, or password.
